What Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you or, when applicable, from our age verification service provider.
Information We Collect From You
- Product Identifiers: e.g., product MAC address.
- Product Usage Data: e.g., battery level, usage level, resistance value, activation duration, number of activations, activation time, activation power, and child lock status.
- Communication Content: e.g., the content of emails or notes from phone calls with our customer support.
- Age Verification Data: A government-issued ID and a selfie you provide during the age verification process.
- Technical Information: Data from your smartphone or other connected device, such as IP address, country-level location (based on IP address), device ID, system Bluetooth permissions, and log file data.
- Firebase Crashlytics Data: This includes the Crashlytics Installation UUID, Firebase installations ID, crash traces, and Breakpad minidump formatted data (for NDK crashes only).
- Inferences: Conclusions drawn from any of the information above.
To Whom We Disclose Information
We may disclose your personal information to the following parties for business purposes:
- Service providers: We disclose your personal data to service providers that process it on our behalf. These companies are contractually required to comply with data protection laws and may only use your data to provide the services we request, such as IT services, hosting, or technical support.
- Age verification service provider: If applicable, our age verification provider will collect data from you to perform age verification. This provider acts as an independent controller for the verification check and as our processor for storing compliance data. They are contractually obligated to process your data in accordance with data protection laws.
- Legal and governmental authorities: We may disclose your personal information to law enforcement, courts, or other government authorities if required by a legal obligation. We may also disclose information to support lawful investigations or protect our rights or the rights of others.
